Are ICAN carbon wheels UCI approved?
Yes, many of our wheelsets, including the Aero and Alpha series, are UCI approved. This ensures they meet the rigorous safety and performance standards required for professional road racing.
How long does shipping take and are there customs fees?
We offer shipping from global warehouses in the US, EU, and Japan for fast delivery without customs fees. If shipping from our factory in China, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is the warranty policy on ICAN frames and wheels?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all carbon wheels and frames against manufacturing defects. We also offer a crash replacement scheme to support our riders in case of accidental damage.
What is the maximum rider weight limit for your carbon wheelsets?
Most of our road wheelsets have a maximum rider weight limit of 105kg (231lbs), while our MTB and fat bike wheels are designed to support up to 120kg (264lbs).
Can I set up ICAN wheels as tubeless?
Yes, the majority of our modern wheelsets are tubeless-ready. They feature a hookless or clincher profile designed to create a secure seal with tubeless tires for lower rolling resistance and improved puncture protection.
