Request Authorization
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable courier service; please provide the tracking number to our team to expedite the processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
